The I absolutely hate myself…so I will do this workout workout.

No REST between exercises:

  • Squat press 20 reps 30 lbs
  • Forward to reverse lunge w/ bicep curls 10/leg 30lbs
  • TRX single leg row 20 reps
  • Mountain climbers 1 min.
  • 10 Knee tuck jumps
  • As many push-ups as possible
  • As many pull-ups as possible
  • Quadruped alternate reach/ pointers (core) 20 reps/ arm & leg
  • Superman/woman 20 reps
  • Side plank hold as long as possible on each side
  • 6 inch leg raise on back (as long as possible
  • Reverse crunch 20 reps
  • Seated balance w/ arm pumps

Repeat as necessary…

1 time = good job

      2 times = good night

3 times = holy cow

4+  Your INSANE
