Today’s workout is going to be a total body with the focus on solely legs!!!

5-10 minute warm-up 

  • 5 minute cardio
  • 5 minute foam roll

Circuit A:

* 5 rounds no rest between exercises*

  • Squats 15 reps *add weight each round*
  • Hamstring curl 15 reps *add weight each round*
  • Leg press 15 reps *Add weight each round*
  • Leg extension 15 reps *Add weight each round*

^ 60 rest after each set ^

Cool down and stretch

  • Calves
  • Hamstring
  • Quads
  • Hip flexor
  • Lats
  • Chest
