Basic leg exercises

Legs are most likely the 1# overlooked muscle group by the majority of people that are into fitness. If done properly legs can:

  • Stimulate hormone production
  • Increase metabolism
  • Decrease bodyfat
  • Increase efficiency
  • Increase cardio
  • Increase muscle mass
