Cardio and Core

Here is another workout that you can perform with absolutely no equipment at all. Only a workout mat if you are uncomfortable with lying on the ground and a watch or clock. You should be out of wind and your stomach on fire by the end of this workout.

workout:

  • Jump rope 30-60 seconds
  • Plank 60-90 seconds
  • Run in place 60 seconds
  • Side plank (left side) 30-60 seconds
  • Jumping jacks 30-60 seconds
  • Side plank (right side) 30-60 seconds
  • Jump rope 30-60 seconds
  • Reverse crunch 30-60 seconds
  • Run in place 60 seconds
  • Lying on back opposite toe touches 60 seconds
  • Jumping jacks 30-60 seconds
  • Floor bridge 60-90 seconds

* rest as needed and perform as many sets as possible*
