Sweet and simple

Today’s workout is going to be sweet and simple.

  • Bench dumbbell row 15-20 reps
  • Squat using same dumbbells 20-30 reps
  • Push up (as many as possible)
  • Forward alternating lunge w/ dumbbells 10-15 per leg
  • Dumbbell curl to press (15-20 reps)
  • single leg calf raise
  • Tricep extension 20 reps
  • Front plank 1 minute
  • Side plank 30-45 seconds per side.
  • other side
  • 1 minute wind sprint (80% of max speed)

Rest for 2-5 minutes as needed and repeat as necessary
