Today’s workout is going to be sweet and simple.
- Bench dumbbell row 15-20 reps
- Squat using same dumbbells 20-30 reps
- Push up (as many as possible)
- Forward alternating lunge w/ dumbbells 10-15 per leg
- Dumbbell curl to press (15-20 reps)
- single leg calf raise
- Tricep extension 20 reps
- Front plank 1 minute
- Side plank 30-45 seconds per side.
- other side
- 1 minute wind sprint (80% of max speed)
Rest for 2-5 minutes as needed and repeat as necessary
