No matter what your food choices are you need to enjoy what you eat. “Food is fuel.” In other words, you should eat in preparation for the demands of your body. Whether it be running a marathon, or working a 9-5 desk job, you should eat appropriate for your actions.

Basic Nutrition is my personal breakdown of nutritional information that will help you build your meals throughout the day. It provides you with the understanding of what the main composition of food, and what macronutrient category that each would fall into. Macronutrients are the major components of what our food is comprised of: Calories, Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fats.
