The Payne Park Fitness class/Bootcamp is designed for all ages, with the difficulty ranging from beginners to intermediate fitness levels. All exercises are lead by certified personal trainer Chuck Stach to ensure that all exercises are done properly and safely, leading to better results and less injuries. Class is designed to be an all inclusive head to toe workout, incorporating both body weight and resistance training with supplied equipment. Every Tuesday and Thursday @ 6pm the class will be held in Payne Park or in case of weather in the Evolution Fitness Club’s parking garage. Contact Chuck Stach for registration.
